Just in! The May 2025 Global Democracy Coalition Newsletter
This edition is dedicated to showcasing our recent achievements and upcoming initiatives, keeping you informed and engaged in our advocacy efforts worldwide.
To highlight our recent work, we hosted two side events we hosted with the Kettering Foundation at the Alliance of Democracies Foundation’s Copenhagen Democracy Summit: one focused on sharing outcomes from Democracy Talks entitled ‘Reflections and Strategies for the Road Ahead’ and another on cross-border resilience among pro-democracy activists entitled ‘Building Democratic Resilience: Learning from Activists’. Additionally, we are very proud to announce that we officially launched the second phase of our advocacy campaign with the rebrand: #KeepDemocracyAlive in addition to launching a second season of the Thank You Democracy Podcast.
Looking ahead, we are working diligently on several new podcast episodes, we will be launching extensive new content for our advocacy campaign and will be welcoming new members to our Steering Committee, and subsequently, new partners to the Coalition. Stay tuned!
